Bunker chip

The bunker is designed to build up stocks interoperable bulk of wood-shaving materials (wood chips, shavings, sawdust) with subsequent transfer to devices for transporting or processing. Loading is carried out through a cyclone, the transfer to the device screw. By separate order comes hopper dry chips, equipped with a fire-extinguishing system and a hopper with a shorter frame.

Local control mechanisms of the bunker can use it outside of the technological line for working with materials similar to the properties schepe technology.

HOW IT WORKS:

Control mechanisms available on the door control cabinets, which can be incorporated either in conjunction with the cabinet press extruder or separately. Wood chip materials by conveyor or blower in a bunker chip. With tedders feeders and materials shall be submitted to devices for transporting or processing of the extruder.
