Chippers RM - 4

Chippers RM - 4 are designed for shredding wood waste in the technology chips, which can be used as fuel in mobile power stations, gas generators, hot water boilers operating on waste wood, in the lines for the production of fuel briquettes, hardboard, fiberboard, chipboard, drevesnopolimernyh materials, building blocks (as filler).

The extraction of wood chips is carried out by centrifugal force through the gander. To prevent overload of the engine at startup, chipper can be fitted with soft starters. The machine is equipped with a reception hopper horizontal filing. For the grinding of waste wood, a length less than 300mm, for the additional order is possible to produce holes for the vertical loading (410 * 550mm).

HOW IT WORKS: Wood waste is fed through the boot window in cutting zone. When rotating the disc 3 knives cut the wood chips in size from 2 to 15 mm.
