Drying unit

HOW IT WORKS:

Sawdust in the feeder is loaded into the oven. With block heat and the fan in the cupboard under pressure enters the hot air, which leads to drying of sawdust.

Drying unit consists of:

Cabinet dryer, pipe smoke, fan, heat exchanger, gas generator, a hopper for feeding sawdust.

Aggregate dryer - a hermetic structure, divided by a perforated grid into two chambers, pressure - to supply the suspending agent (coolant) and the drying chamber equipped with a chip block filters and discharge openings. The angle of the lattice provides the direction of the layer of material. The residence time of material on the lattice varies with the position of the bulkhead and the throttle position. The dried material through the shutter ridge enters the unloading cavity, where a screw conveyor is unloaded from the drying cabinet, for subsequent transport to the subsequent passes.
