Grinding device
Installation for sharpening knives ultrasound 1.00.00.000 designed for sharpening plane blades woodworking machines, with no grinding or grinding machines. Installation can be used in enterprises and workshops in woodworking. Note: Stands are made individually (upon request) for each type of knife. There are two possible supply grinding equipment: a cooling system of knives and without it. Plant consists of devices grinding ultrasound 1.01.00.000 (poz1.), frame ultrasound 1.02.00.000 (item 2.) Tank for coolant systems (coolant) pump ultrasound 1.03.00.000 (item 3.) electric cabinet (in Fig. not shown). All nodes installation mounted on the frame, except for control cabinets. Coolant from the tank and the drain is carried out by flexible pipes (item 4.). Sharpened blade mounted on a stand (poz.5).
