Briquetting press is used for making briquettes without binders by pressing of waste wood and sawing (sawdust, chips, flake) of different species of wood.

Briquette - environmentally friendly fuel, which is used for fireplaces, saunas, barbecues, boilers burning solid waste.

HOW IT WORKS:

Press briquetting wood waste consists of the following main parts: - a mechanism of rotation, which consists of the motor and V-belt transmission; press corps, which are mounted auger and sent to a pipe through which waste wood loading press;-auger, corps screw -- matrix;-guide bushings;-electrical heating coil.

Waste timber, sawmill and woodworking in the form of dry pulverized pulp is continuously received by the press corps, compressed screw auger and fed to the matrix. After passing through the matrix, pulp pressed and becomes a continuous profile briquette strip. To facilitate the exit of the nozzle blocks, ribbon heated to the required temperature and then cooled in a container.
